Subscription & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

RespondAI offers recurring subscription plans designed to provide access to our AI-powered customer communication platform.

Available plans may include:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions
• Additional AI message packs

Current pricing is displayed during checkout and within your account billing settings.

2. Free Trial

New customers may be eligible for a free trial.

Your trial may include access to selected RespondAI features and a limited monthly AI message allowance.

If you provide a payment method when starting your trial, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial expires.

If no payment method is required, your account will simply expire at the end of the trial unless you choose to subscribe.

3. Automatic Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

Renewals are billed using your selected payment method through our payment processor, Stripe.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize RespondAI to automatically charge the applicable subscription fees until your subscription is canceled.

4. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew every month on your billing date.

You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date to avoid future charges.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription through the end of the current billing period.

5. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions renew once every twelve (12) months.

If you cancel an annual subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the prepaid annual term.

Annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable after payment, except where required by applicable law.

6. AI Message Allowances

Each subscription includes a monthly AI message allowance based on your selected plan.

Monthly message allowances:

• Reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Do not roll over into future months
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

RespondAI reserves the right to modify message limits for future subscription plans with reasonable notice.

7. Additional Message Packs

Customers may purchase additional AI message packs if their monthly allowance is exhausted.

Purchased message packs:

• Are added to your account immediately after purchase
• Never expire while your account remains active
• Are used only after your monthly included messages have been exhausted
• Are non-refundable except where required by law

Unused message packs cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.

8. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment cannot be processed, RespondAI may:

• Retry the payment
• Notify you of the failed payment
• Suspend certain features
• Restrict access to the Services until payment is received
• Cancel the subscription after repeated unsuccessful payment attempts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

9. Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's Billing page.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not immediately terminate your access.

Unless otherwise required by law:

• No additional subscription payments will be charged after cancellation.
• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
• No prorated refunds are provided for unused time remaining in a billing period.

10. Account Access After Cancellation

After your subscription expires:

• Your AI assistant may become inactive.
• Access to premium features may be disabled.
• New conversations and lead collection may stop.
• Existing account data may remain available for a limited period before deletion, subject to our data retention practices.

We recommend exporting any information you wish to keep before your subscription ends.

11. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

• Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable.
• Annual subscription payments are non-refundable after renewal.
• Partial months are not refunded.
• Unused AI messages are not refundable.
• Purchased AI message packs are non-refundable.

If RespondAI experiences a billing error, duplicate charge, or other payment issue caused by us, we will work with you to promptly correct the issue.

12. Price Changes

RespondAI may modify subscription pricing from time to time.

If pricing changes affect your existing subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the new pricing takes effect.

Price changes will not apply retroactively.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Any updates will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
